Do you suffer from anxiety?
Come and learn about the anxious brain and how to help yourself. Join a small group of people (max 5) who all suffer from different types of anxiety.
By sharing the experience with others, learning why we become anxious and how to handle your anxiety we hope to offer some relief from the isolation of anxiety.
We meet twice a month, for a total of 5 meetings, £25 per meeting (1.5 hr), tea and coffee provided.
Next group will start end of February.

The Father Daughter Dynamic
I run a female only workshop exploring the impact on life of a missing father figure.
Whether your father was unavailable through absence, death, substance abuse,
ambivalence or other, this workshop offers you the space to explore the impact that
has had on your life and to share the experience with likeminded people.
I am running this workshop again, if you would be interested in attending please contact me. Once I have enough participants I will be in touch with confirmed dates. The group will be no more than 4 to 5 people.
The workshop is 2 days, held over a weekend from 10-5pm.
